The Repulsion amulet is an item that causes monsters to flee from the hero who possesses the item for a short time. This Repulsion effect forces all monsters to move as far and as fast possible in the complete opposite direction. Monsters will not try to defend themselves, and those with projectiles, such as Lobbers and Demons, will stop firing and flee instead; even Death is affected. Though useful for clearing the path to an exit, it can also leave Generators unattended and therefore easy pickings. At the very least, it creates breathing space and a brief respite against the horde.
